Products are despatched from Victoria. We aim to get your order packed and booked in for delivery within 3-4 business days of cleared payment.
We utilise a courier service wherever possible. Australia Post where required (ie parcel lockers).
We pack to avoid movement within the parcels. If items arrived damaged, please contact us and we will raise a claim against the shipping service. Please refer to our Returns Policy for replacement product.
A despatch notification will be sent, which may be for the following day. This email may arrive in your ‘spam’ or ‘promotions’ folders. Please check the details and tracking number.

Not happy with your product? Please contact us within a reasonable time frame and let us know. We will happily replace any item that has arrived damaged or is deemed faulty. A return questionnaire will need to be completed and returned to us.
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products purchased. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind purchases.
Please contact us to arrange return of an item. If it is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement, and also reimburse you for your postage cost.
